Compiling the culture of different nations is not a utopia, but a challenge for chef Juan Carlos Vega, who has taken upon himself the task of selecting the most exquisite recipes from around the world, to conquer locals and foreigners at La Aldaba. The clapper or aldaba was used to knock on doors, and this doors open to visitors fond of fine cuisine. It is not a coincidence that the restaurant is located in the Historic Center of Morelia, but a purposeful arrangement so guests can taste racks of lamb or foie gras from its elegant balconies that allow to discover the everyday landscape of the city.
