Along Calle Madero. Make a short stop at the Templo de las Monjas where you will find a small square dominated by the fountain of the Tarascan Indians. This part of the city is full of curious cafés and shops.

And from here you can see the city aqueduct, which is particularly spectacular when lit up at night. Crossing the street, you will get to the Calzada.

On the left the Callejón del Romance is a magical corner with small fountains that give the place an even more romantic feeling. Look for Lucas Ortiz’s tender romantic writings.

La Calzada is listed as one of the most beautiful avenues in the world, where you can take a delightful walk among its 18th and 19th century mansions in the cool shade of its many trees. At the end, in Plaza de Morelos, you will come across the Santuario de Guadalupe that surprises many a visitor with the wealth of color in its interior.

On the right hand side of the aqueduct lies the Bosque Cuauhtémoc, a large park that serves as the natural lung of the city. Here, housed in an ancient mansion, you will find the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo.
